Richard Zielke, Director
Richard is our Executive
Director and supervises all the staff, coordinates
with host congregations, and works with community
organizations to make sure that the resources needed
to help families are available to us.

Greg Kornspan, Family Case Manager
Greg deals directly with our guests, helping them
to work on securing housing and employment. Greg also
assists them in obtaining assistance from various
agencies. In addition, Greg spends time working on
preventing homelessness by working with landlords
and people in danger of losing their housing.

Jim Dougherty, Lead Van Driver
Jim Dougherty has been with Salem IHN for over
eight years, assisting with our guests and transportation.
Jim drives the families on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
to and from the churches. In addition, he staffs the
Day Center over the weekend and is responsible for
maintenance and repair of the van. Jim also works
for Meals on Wheels as a driver. Jim also helps locate
and transport furniture for our guests when they move
out.
